Basic Cabinet Setup
Name Your Cabinet
Create a custom name for your Smart Track Key Cabinet.
Set Date and Time
Use your device to quickly sync the date and time on your Smart Track Key Cabinet, or enter it manually.
Change the Root Admin PIN
For security purposes the default Root Admin PIN should be changed.
Name Your SmartFobs
Add a custom name to each of the numbered SmartFobs in the cabinet.
Add Users
Add users to your Smart Track Key Cabinet, assign PINs, and grant access levels.
Sign In Options
Users can choose how the Smart Track app behaves upon sign-in.
How It Works
Administrative User
Admin Users can access all functions of the app, allowing easy control of the entire system from a connected device.
Non-Administrative User
Non-Admin Users can open the Smart Track Key Cabinet and view the Keys Out Report from their devices.

Biometric Authentication
Enable the use of biometric credentials stored in your device to log into the Smart Track app.
Identify SmartFobs
Find a SmartFob that got separated from its assets? ID it with the app.
Replace SmartFobs
If a SmartFob is lost or damaged, it can be replaced. This can only be done by Administrators.
Reports
Users
Show a list of all users in the cabinet, with associated PIN and access level.
Keys Out
Show the current status of all SmartFobs registered in the system.
Key History
Show a list of recent transactions for each SmartFob asset.
User History
Find a SmartFob that got separated from its assets? ID it with the app.
Cabinet History
Show a list of recent cabinet transactions.
Troubleshooting
No Key Cabinets Found
If you’re having trouble connecting to the Smart Track Key Cabinet, try these steps.
Reboot
A reboot of the software on the Smart Track Key Cabinet can be done from the app.
Back Up Setting
It is possible to make a back-up of the SmartTrack’s settings in order to restore at a later date if necessary. This can only be done by Administrators.
Restore Settings
After a Back-up file has been saved, settings can be restored from this file. This can only be done by Administrators.
Factory Reset
Only to be performed with the assistance of KSI Technical Support, a factory reset can be done from the app.
